Dear Member,

        I would like to thank you for your support during the development of our organization. Although were still in the “baby” stage of development, I would love to see our group become stronger and more cohesive. Not just as a support group that meets once a month, but as a spring board to developing other events, activities and programs for us and our children. As I Google, make contacts, attend conferences etc., I find that there are all kinds of services and programs appropriate for our kids. But coming from Brooklyn we are “geographically challenged”.  In order to better serve you and strengthen participation at our events, I would like to ask you to take a moment to fill out the following the following questionnaire. This information data base will assist me in planning, not just for our meetings, but other activities/programs you might be interested in. All information will be kept strictly confidential
