There are many organizations that deal with Asperger's Syndrome, Sensory Integration and related Neurobiological Learning Disorders, each with a specific purpose or goal. However our goal/mission is to reach, serve and network parents in the local communities of Brooklyn where our children tend to "fall between the cracks" and we are "geographically challenged". The purpose of this network is to provide a bridge between parents and resources, a place where parents can come together to share resources to build a local directory, network, get information, find support and most importantly help bring awareness to our community. We believe that by banning and working together, we CAN make change. By building an effective web site, we hope to get our message out to a larger audience of people interested in similar issues.
Remember..... the seed of change can be planted by one, but it's a shared commitment and nurturing that makes it grow ! Together we can make a difference!
